the parlour, drake & morgan's second bar, is an all-day and evening venue which adapts to your mood whether it's a business breakfast, lunch with colleagues, social drinks, dinner or a private party. a seasonal menu focuses on quality, local ingredients with a unique 'skinny' cocktail and impressive wine list to match. the parlour follows the success of the refinery, drake & morgan's first bar in southwark, which opened in september 2008. drake & morgan were established in february 2008 and are looking to open their third bar in spring 2010.
